UNION MEETING HELD ADDiRESS BY DISTRICT ! .SECRETARY Delegates from OpotiM Tauranga and Rangitaiki gathered at Edgecumbe to hear an .address by Mr L. Secretary of the Auckland District Dairy Factory ers and Related Trades Union, following which it was resolved to form a sub-branch located at Edge- } '9 ° - cumbe. The primary object of the new branch will be the fostering of closer relations with the Union headquarters in Auckland. Tbe following officers were elected: President, H. Farr (Tauranga); vice-president, T. Eagleson (Rangi-> taiki); secretary-treasurer, L. Clarjc (Opotiki); committee Messrs Wright Reekie (Tauranga), Keller (Opotiki) and Bolt (Rangitai'lci).
