His Worship the Mayor ? Mir B. Si Barry, stated that while, it was de-

sirable for funerals to be diverted from the town be uaiderstaod that there was the question; of stock

which might be met; on the- Gotrge road. Besides this the-re was the

financial position. It avouM take a large sum to put the road in the

order required

It was decided to reply to. the County Council outlining the position with regard tile meeting of stock and also the financial* side of the matter.
