Competition Winners
The winners of the competitions held at the recent farewell party to W. Jaram are as under: J. C. Henderson No. 180; "Wisliie Winnie" No. 41; and G. Dines No. 59. Hilly Billies v Hairy Fairies It is announced that owing to arrangements which have been made for a shield match to be played, in Whakatane on; August 18 ? the Hilly Billies v Hairy Fairies match which was to have been played on that date lias now been advanced to the following Saturday ? August 25. All proceeds from the match will go towards local R.S.A. funds.
