CURRENT COMPETITIONS 4 On' Saturday 7th instant the final round of the Appleby Cup competition together with the July Medal round was played. Congratulations are due to Mrs Trask ) the winner of) the Appleby Cup who returned cards 112—86 76; 104. —36 68 and 106 — I— ' i 77 followed by Mrs Armstrong whose net scores Avere. 64 84 and 81 and Mrs Duncan 75 ? 66 and 88. The second round of the Allan Trophy matches resulted: Mrs Dawson Avon from Miss Black, Mrs Armstrong Avon from Mrs Otley, Mrs Boon Avon from Miss Otlcy and Miss Carter Avon by default from Mrs Mussett.
