HARBOUR BOARD'S OFFER The Whakatane Harbour Board, at its meeting last Friday decided to oiler to any person possessing spoil which tliey wanted removed from their property a payment per cubic yard for the material if such was dumped 011 the Board's property where reclamation work was to be carried out.
