Rangi; Wyllie. and Rev. Wilson all square; R. Morpeth 93— 11—82. BOGEY HANDICAP Syme 81 —12 —(ii) all square; Con-> nell 82—8—74 3 down; Suckling 87— 12- —75 5 down; Carter 5 down. SECTIONAL REVIEW The senior sectional matches are practically decided except with section 2. In the junior division sections 2, 4 and 6- should be decided next week-end, after which the sectional play-oft' w T ill commence. DRAW Next Saturday th.e draw will be as follows: Sectional matches—Steel v Hyland; Butler v Morpeth (Butler to play a medal handicap in a tie with R. Morpeth); Syme v Burstall in the Clarke Cup semi-final; Campbell v Cockerell; Spring v Stone; Wyllie v Hay; Rev. Wilson v J. Wilson; B. Butler v Winstone.

The inter-sectional draw will be posted up in the clubhouse. STABLEFORD BOGEY The rest of the club will take part in a Stableford Bogey Handicap and Sweepstake, arranging own partners at the clubhouse. RE-HANDICAP Syme will be reduced from 12 to 11. TE PUKE OPEN DAY Tc Puke are holding an open day on Sunday next the 17th inst. Last year one car travelled to Te Puke. At our last Labour week-end tournament about 12 Te Puke players came over. It is to be hoped that a fair muster of players make the trip to Te Puke as a reciprocal gesture for continued inter-club visitations. Any more wanting to go are re-* quested to contact the president Mr Luxton. SENIOR BUTTONS A very close and exiciting finish was a feature of the match played last Sunday between the holders Connell and Henderson v the challengers Luxton and Barry for the Senior Buttons. A series, of misputts by the challengers was the cause of their not being able to register a victory. Spring and. Denham } holders of the Junior Buttons are looking out eagerly for challengers for their trophies. LADIES' GOLF SATURDAY'S PLAY The qualifying round for the Allan Trophy together with the second round of the Appleby Gup will be played on Saturday.
