DOG TRIALS AT TE TEKO
THE Te Teko Cattle Dog Trial Club is holding its annual meeting at Te Teko next Saturday and, given fine weather, the day should prove just as successful as any other of the twenty-five annual meetings in the Club's history. What may not be so generally known is that this popular club has donated all profits made during the war years to the Returned Services' Association and Patriotic Funds and next Saturday's profits are earmarked for the same causes. A feature of this year's meeting is the programme of jumping events, details of which are advertised.
