Divorce Granted At the sitting of the Wellington Supreme Court a decree nisi in divorce was granted R. W. Andrews, soldier overseas (Mr Onglej T ) v Jessie D. Andrews, Ohope. McGougan drew attention to the growing menace of floating logs, in the swollen rivers during flood periods. He instanced how he had removed many of them himself, and questioned whether it would be wise to talk of dispensing with the idea of forming a Catchment Board in the Eastern Bay of Plenty while there were so many preventable, dangers. Many of the things which had happened through irresponsible farmers cutting down river bank trees would not be permitted to happen if a controlling body was operating,
