THE SCOUT RALLY

ACCOMMODATION URGENTLY NEEDED SATURDAY'S BIG PROGRAMME * Those, who have not as yet had the pleasure of attending a Scout Rally programme should make a point of being present at Saturday's gathering in the Domain where a three- => -f V hour demonstration ol' interesting and spectacular events will take place by the keenest Scouts in the Bay of Plenty. Following the parade down the Strand the 300 Scouts and Cubs will have luncheon at the and then proceed to carry out the Rally alter an inspection and March Past. The greatest problem .lacing the organisers is still the question ol' billeting approximately 200 boys in local homes. To date, oilers have been received to take only half that number and it is hoped that there will still be people coming forward willing to give a temporary bed to one or two boys. Ring or communicate with S.M. Te H. Fergusson, or C. Kingslcy-Smith for further information. On the Rally grounds a Bring and Buy stall will be conducted. Donations of any kind will be warmly appreciated.
