Information for Industry The collection of information about the facilities offered in each town in New Zealand for the establishment of industries is. the purpose of a questionnaire now being distributed to local authorities by the Organisation lor National Development. Towns -with a population of less than 1000 will not receive the questionnaire, but may submit, information if'they so desire. The matters covered are those that would normally be reviewed by a livm considering the establishment of a new factory ? such as labour, raw materials, rates, power and the like. Where' formed, regional planning councils will conduct the survey and elsewhere city or local authorities are being asked to begin preliminary Reports will be examined by a special industrial committee. -
