EASTER GYMKHANAS
WE are in the midst of the Gymkhana season and the two main features set down for the Easter week-end are the meetings at Waimana on Saturday, March 31st, and at Te Teko on Monday, April 2nd. Both gatherings promise to provide sport of the highest calibre, and if we are to judge by past experience, we would say that each would be ( well worth the trip to see and to enjoy. Country Committees in this district have earned an enviable reputation for efficiency and co-operation, and for this reason it has been possible to promote, sports meetings at centres separated by only a few miles and to guarantee the success of them all. Waimana and Te Teko are deserving of the warmest encauragement and we have no doubt but that the attendance at each will be a record.
