Members of the Indian Congress who were urrestecl with Mahatma Gandhi, leader of the resistance movement in 'in 1942 are. being slowly states the British United Press in New Delhi. Two hundred political prisoners will be freed early this year, but. the most influential members of Congress will remain behind bars.
