Graded Meat
New Year's Day . will see . the introduction of the meat grading system in the Tauranga district. Col" ourexl stripes will be vised to denote the grade of meat —red stripes for first violet stripes for second grades, yellow stripes for third grades and two green stripes for boner grades. Meat, which by reason of its. cannot be will have a ticket displayed; on it showing its grading.
