COUPON DATES
FOR HOLIDAY PERIOD
According to Consumer issued by the Economic Information Service changes have been made in the dates on ration coupons will be available. This has been done to enable if they wjsli, to obtain their supplies before the Christmas and New Year holiday period. The general principle is. that coupons which would normally become available on December 25 can now be redeemed a week earlier. Sugar and Tea Coupons Nos. 9 to 12 providing the ration up to January 21' can lie redeemed, from Deeember 18. Butter Coupons Nos. 9 and 10 ? providing the ration up to January 7, can be redeemed from December 18. Meat Coppon No. 9 4 expiring on January can be redeemed from December 18. Meat Coupon No. 10, expiring on. January 11_ can be redeemed from December 25. These changes do not mean that any extra,ration is being given. Al- | though the availability dates are advanced the expiry dates are unI changed.
