MR JACK MARSH
A most, enjoyable evening was spent at the residence of. Mr and Mrs A. N. Marshy McGarvey Road ) on Wednesdaj l " evening when a party in honour of their son Jack who has J attained his majority, was held. TJfpwards of Seventy-five guosfe were present everj'body being in the highest of spirits from the. word go. The evening was spent merrily in dancing and games and a thoroughly happy time resulted. A delightful buffet supper was served half way through the evening f the party recommencing immediately alter with renewed vig-i our. The toast of the evening was proposed by Mr Bruce Henderson who wished Jaclf all the best for the coming year.s a and the presentation of the usual key signed By all present was the signal for musical honours to be accorded the principal guest. The proceedings concluded at a late hour everyone having had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
