Equally important is the work done, by the Voluntary Aids. Their work overseas with the Army Nursing Service has received the highest praise from the Commander-in-Chief;. On the home. front } their h-\p in civilian hospitals and in permanent service with the Civil Nursing Reserve both the Health Department and the hospital staffs have admitted their great indebtedness.
