Failure to possess a current W.O.F. cost Joseph Ernest Skeene of Murupara 10s and 20s Gd costs. For a similar offence "Horace Alexander Richardson was fined 10s and costs 20s. The Transport Department (Inspector Doggett) proceeded against Tom Hetawa for failing to possess both a W.O.F. and a current driver's license. Fined 10s and 25s costs on the first charge and 5s Avith 15s costs on the second charge.
