Drunk and Disorderly
For behaving in a drunken and disorderly fashion in the. Strand, ]Whakatane last Saturday, a Maori ■Charles Howard (alias Jack Howell) , was prohibited and fined £5, in the IWhakatane Police Court, yesterday jyhen he appeared before Messrs T. J. Cummings and J. King, J.Ps. The accused was an old offender %vith a formidable list.
