TE TEKO PLANTATION
EFFORT TO RE-ESTABLISH The Whakatane County Council last Tuesday reversed- the recommendation oi' the Works, Committee, and decided to take immediate steps tj re-sow with suitable young trees at least 50 acres of the Te Teko plantation area. It Avas suggested that the engineer procure gum trees if possible, which would be suitable for use as posts on farms in the future.
