The vendors were associated with the noted "Belmont" Stud in Taranaki since 1916 and established the Sunshine Stud in the Bay of Plenty in 1928. Over recent years when exhibiting a small team only, in the Auckland Province, the Stud has won 16 Championships, 8 Reserve Championships and over 100 First Prizes. Included in the offering are some of the finest specimens of the breeds in New Zealand. DAIRY HERD. 165 Jersey and Jersey cross cows due to calve from 25th July. For the. last three years this herd lias averaged 2851bs $utterfat per cow, Factory Returns. The herd consists of. mostly young cows, all dehorned, majority fawn Jerseys' and in calf to pedigree Jersey bulls. The herd has also been rigidly culled and the cattle to be offered can be recommended to buyers with i confidence. The foundation and replacements to the herd were bred in Taranalci.
