The stage decorations were very appropriate there being crossed oars at each end entwined with greenery, and fern fronds, while the centre was also dressed with creeper and fronds to make a very attractive setting for the orchestra. The floor was in very good condition and powdered to iiist. the right degree for all types of dancing. The music, which was supplied by the Benedicts' Orchestra was really first class, and included a wide range of modern and old-time tunes to suit all tastes.
