Allied Air Raids
Aftontidningen (Stockholm) of December 3 reported from Berne: "The Allied raid over Hungary caused panic in Bratislava. Terrible consequences were feared for the whole city if the Bratislava dynamite and ammunition factories were hit. These factories had been moved to the interior of the country " some time before the war, but the Germans were again using the old factories and even moving to Bratislava some industries which had been evacuated from Germany."
