ROAD SERVICES
An amendment to the transport licensing passenger regulations Gazetted in Wellington stipulates the basis for children's fares on road .services throughout the Dominion, ft states that children, under the ages of four years will be carried free, and from four to 14. years, both inclusive, the fare will be half the adult fare. The alteration will now bring the road service fares into line Avitli those brought into operation on the rail system some considerable time ago. Jrt is obvious that the amendment relates to both Government and privately-owned passenger road services.
