In the civil claim in which YY\ Sullivan, Member of Par lia men I for Uie Kay of Plenty, is proceeding against W. W. Jonasen, who contested the. B;<y of 'Plenty seat at: the recent general election in the interests of the Labour Party. Mr E. G. East, who appeared for plaintiff, asked for an adjournment untJ next court day on account of plaintiil's in Wellington for a su.ssioii oi' Parliament. The hearing had previously been adjourned from last court sitting lo enable defendant to file a defence.
• The hearing was. adjourned until April 21.
