KILL AS USUAL

FARMERS AND MEAT RATIONING "Farmers will wan to know how they Avill fit into meat rationing," sitated the Minister of Supply. ''Under the meat rationing scheme farmers will be able to kill their own stock for meat just as they have done in the past, and they will be able to supply it under a mutual arrangement with their neighbouring farmers. Meat cannot be sold by a farmer, without a permit first being obtained. Meat coupons will be made available to farmers who do not kill their own stock for domestic supply. The question of meeting the travelling arrangements! and other needs of farmers who normally kill their own stock is under consideration and will be announced later."
