BUS STOPS IN BOROUGH
BOROUGH COUNCIL'S SUGGESTf£)N With a view to having recognised 'bus stops fixed at 'suitable intervals throughout the Borough the Borough Council has decided to wait on the local manager of Railway Road 1 Services setting out detailed suggestions. Cr Shapley .said lie considered the Borough poorly served in this respect and thought there was' room for improvement. He thought that recognised .stopping places would go a long way towards assisting the travelling public. The Mayor, Town Clerk and Cr Shapley were appointed to I'orm a deputation to handle, the matter.
