CHARGE OF THEFT PREFERRED
'INCIDENT IN WELLINGTON
Before Messrs J. Ilarvey and G. A. Brabant, J.P's, jn the Whakatane Court last Friday morning, Kathleen June Dixon, a young married woman appeared on a ehargc of theft committed at Wellington, the article allegedly stolen being a gold armlet valued at £5, the property of V.. C. Gwynne.
The accused! who pleaded not guilty was remanded to appear in the AVel ling ton Magistrate's Court.
