With a top -notch stellar cast ol' young people, a fast-fpaced production and some of the snappiest songs to come out of a motion pic-i ture in several years, "All-Ameri-can Co-ed" is definitely, rated as Class A entertainment. The movie colony has led the nation in adopting the rhumba as its foremost terpiseliorean t diversion. And when George Archainbaudy director of Hal Roach's Latin-Ameri-can musical, "Flying With Music/' clue for its premiere at the Regent Theatre on Thursday-Friday began ta cast his picture he made certain to include Hollywood's leading ex-* ponent of rhumba rhythms.
