"Chattering Charlies"
"Chattering Charlies" was a name given by Hon. R. Scmple in describing the professional politicians who took advantage of the unrest of difficult. days. Twins a Fortnight Apart An instance of a heifer calving about a month ago and then producing a further calf a fortnight later is reported by Mr F. Chaney of, Old Tc Arolia Road, Paeroa. Mr Chaney reports that both calves were born alive, perfectly normal in every way.
