IT was pleasing to note in the recent article printed in this paper that Lord Bledisloe when he accosted an ex-Whaka-tane boy, now serving in the Air Force, in England, had vivid memories of this town and of the Bay of Plenty. That he was able to recall his visits to this town and, and to name incidents is all the more remarkable after seven years absence.
