GOOD PRICES REALISED Da'gety and Co. Ltd., report having held a highly satisfactory clearing sale of farm implements and too'ls and furniture on account of Mr J. A. C. Fleming, of Titoki Park, White Pine Bush, Wha'katane, On Thursday last, 12th instant. There Avas a particularly large attendance of the public, over 2fh> being present from Whakatanc and the surrounding districts, Avitli a result that competition Avas animated throughout the sale and a total clearance Avas effected, at prices which, even in these times must be regarded as highly satisfactory. .Following are some of the. principle prices realised:— International Harvester Fainvay 12 tractor and rubber £332; Double furrow Ileid and Grey tractor plough £65; 1 sret McCormick-Deering discs £30; International , HarA'ester top dresser £32 10s; 1 set grass harrows £17; 1 tractor trailer £43; 1 Donald wool press £20; 1 Wo'lseley electric single stand sheep shearing machine with handpiece £55; 1 I.H.C. tractor hower £37 10s; 1 saw bench with electric motor £21. A big assortment of farm tools sold at prices in keeping with those realised for the implements. The main realisations for the household furniture and garden tools were:—• Bedroom suite in Ava'lnut £71; piano £70; Gulbransen radio and table £35; electric range £47 10s; 3-piece Chesterfield- suite £20; box ottoman £8; dining room suite in Oak £30: Oak occasional table £5 ss; single beds in Rimu Avith AVirc mattress only £6; single kapoc mattresses £6 and £5 ss; lawn mower £7 10s; garden roller £3 10s; hunting saddle £13; stock saddle £9.
