DAMAGE TO CONCRETE PROSECUTION OF OFFENDERS In his report to the Borough Council last Monday the Borough Foreman, Mr W. Henderson, stated that while laying concrete footpaths great difficulty was experienced, despite barricade, lights and' alii precautions, in keeping persons! walking on and 1 damaging the wet soft concrete surfaces. In most cases it appears to be thoughtless deliberate and wanton and if the offenders were detected he hoped' the Council will make an example of them. The Council was in full support of the suggestion and requested the press to give publicity to the fact that tts inspector had been instructed to watch out for future offenders with a view to early prosecution.
