A bright farewell party was tendered to Flight Engineer Eric Wilson at the residence ol' his sister, Mrs A. Coutts, Landing Road, on Tuesday evening. Mrs Coutts mid her sister, Mrs Stewart, were hostesses to more than 40 guests. During the evening good wishes and, presentations. were made to F/hngn. Whson by Mrs W. Sullivan and Mr W. S.. Henderson on behalf of the Whakatane Ladies Committee and the Whakatane Men's Farewell Committee respectively. ;i
