Not Enough Sea In the course of his remarks at the Waimana welcome home to the men on furlough Mr J. L. Burnett referred to the wonderful affection felt by the New Zealand Division for the commander of the Eighth Army, Sir Bernard Montgomery. His order of the day, he said,, when finally advancing into Tunisia had been to drive the enemy into the sea. When an order like that was given it had to be carried out—and it was. Recently in Sicily he had again given $ similar command and no doubt it too would be carried out. He (the chairman) was beginning to wonder if there was going to be sufficient water left to drown them all.
