Consistent Rainfall Up fill yesterday reports from Edgecuinbe indicate that no less than 5.71 inches had fallen since the first break in the Aveather occurred. The total for the month to date is now 8.1.9 inches. In Whakatane over the past fiA r e days period the fall was 5.21 inches but with this morning's fall included it is noAV G. 22. With rain still falling the present break must be approaching a record.
