County Rehabilitation Proposals
"We have been left a bit tie bit behind in this matter," said Mr J. L. Burnett, chairman of the Whakatanc County Council, when discussing the question of rehabilita-
tion proposals . at last meeting, "Most of the other counties have placed their proposals in already." The council decided that Cap Lain Brebner be asked to submit to the June meeting of this committee, itemised report and estimates in regard to the council's rehabilitation proposals and that such report embrace also the tar-sealing of arterial county roads as -distinct from Main and State Highways.
