When Mr Eric Emery of Awakeri shot a fine cock pheasant on his (arm recently, he Avas amazed on collecting the bird to see that it measured just, on three feet from tip v to tip. Tlie bird Avas a AA r ell formed one and beautifully marked. It Avas probably a record, bird. Noav Avho Avill dispute it?
