lurvc been adA'ised by the Mining Controller that only 12% per cent of our output of coal is to be made available for supplying orders, received from hotels, boardinghouses and priA'ate users.
» The' effect of this edict is that this winter you will have approximately 1-3 to y 2 of-, the amount of coal available for these users that you have had! in previous years. The balance of the output iis reserved for Gov ernment Departments, hospitals, schools and industrial users,, and' orders from these users will receive priority, but must be ' supported by a signed order from the ultimate user, or, if for a Government Department, by the official order number. Truck lots of coal cannot be
deliA'ered to private users.
Any dealer or agent Avho fails to obscrA'e the conditions laid down or who deli\ r ers coal otherwise than as ordered may haA'e his supplies curtailed or eliminated entirely,
