BOWLING CLUB RESULTS The following were the results of week-end games played under the auspices of the Whakatane Bowling Club during the week-find:—■ Martin, Carling, King and Howat 20 v Head, Otlej*, Grant and McIsaac 14. Donaldson, A. Donaldson, Hollis and Loane 23 v Topp, Bridger, Cantrell and Chamberlain 19.. Smith, H. L. King, Pearson and Tippett 34 v Allen, Stevenson, Currah and McLcod 15. Murphy, J. Bell, Buckman and Burgess 25 v Taylor, E,. J. Bell, Alexander and Luxton 17. Championship Pairs Tippett and Luxton have demonstrated their bowling prowess in capturing the Championship Pairs against worthy competition (nnt handicap honours as previously published). Smith Stars Mcintosh, Darvill, Francis and Littlejolm 26 v Sliapley, Creeke, Henderson and Caislej' 19.
