TANEATUA SPORTS GATHERING

TANEATUA Patriotic Committee is the latest organisation to take advantage of the wave of popularity which has attended the district Sports and Gymkhana meetings, and this enterprising executive has fixed its date for Saturday, April 17th —three weeks hence. Taneatua, it will be remejnbered was the first Patriotic sub-committee to complete l&st year's quota and those who recall the enthusiasm and keenness which attended this effort will have no doubts as to the success of the forthcoming gathering. We feel certain that we are reflecting the feelings of the public generally in wishing the Taneatua and Opouriao districts the greatest possible success.
