FIXED BY TRIBUNAL EXCESS CHARGES LIABLE The Price Tribunal last November fixed the retail prices to be charged for ice cream at a level which was considered fair and equitable to both manufacturer and! retailer. A warning is issued that retailers who sell in excess of these prices -make themselves liable under the Price Stabilisation Emergency Regulation.
