WHAKATANE CLUB SATURDAY'S RESULTS The Medal Handicap for the Pre<sident's trophy, played last • Saturday resulted in a win for W. Henderson. This is the second year in succession lie has won this trophy. Here are the results:— Henderson 85 —13—72;, Bridger 88 —15 —73; Powdrell 80—6—40'; Bushett 98—24 —74; Spence 887—9 : —79; Rangi 88—7—81. Intermediate Championship The final of this match between Henderson and Bridger was; played over 36 holes at the week-end and resulted in a win for Henderson. Draw There will be a four-ball best-ball Bogey competition next Saturday. Owing to the opening of bowls, partners will be arranged at the clubhouse. Junior Finial To be played at the week-end, Syme v Cocker ell. Clarke Cup Final Spence v Henderson. LADIES GOLF DRAW FOR SATURDAY On Saturday next to-morrow the Stableford Bogey will be played.
