The took place at St. George's Church, on AVeclnesday, September 23, ,of Joyce Doreen, youngest daughter of Mir and Mrs 11. W. Goile, Whakatane, and Pri-r vate Harold George Reeve, youngest son of Mrs and the late Mr W. Reeve Taneatua. The Rev. Caulton officiated. The bride who was given away by her father, wore a lovely gown of cream embossed satin. Her beautiful white embroidered tulle veil fell from a lieadress of white pleated tuile and orange blossom ami was caught with a top-knot of cream, roses. She carried a shower bouquet of cream freesias and maiden liair fern. - ; The bridesmaid, Miss Stella Woolscy of Pongakawa, wore a frock of cyclamen lalieta. On her hair she wore a shoulder length veil of pale pink tulle caught with a top-knot of ilowers toning with her shower bouquet of blue l'reesias and pink tulips. , The bridegroom was attended by Private John Goile, cousin q£ the britle, as best man. The reception was held at the Parish HaP, Whakatane, where a large number of guests joined in, wishing the newly-weds every success. in thejr married, life.
