Next Saturday, the club Avill hold a l'arewell afternoon for Mr and Mrs Bullard and the Misses M. and J. Bullard. Tlic programme will consist of a mixed Canadian foursome over 9 holes, afternoon tea, the club's farewell function and further golf, for those desirous of doing so. Draw The Club Captain will arrange
partners at the clubhouse. Intermediate and Junior finals will be played on Sunday-: Henderson v A. Bridger; Syme v Cockercll. Results Two-ball aggregate stableford bogey played on 12/9/42 resulted as follows: Powdrell and Bullard 28, 31 —59; Wright and Coombes 29, 29—58; Syme and Armstrong 31, 22 —53. Medal gross score resulted as follows: Powdrell 81; Spence 82; Rangi 83; Luxton 85; Cradwick 88; Bullard 89; Corbett 98. Medal Handicap: Corbett 98, 26 —• 72; Spence-82, 9—73; Powdrell 81, 6 —75. Championship Finals: Men, Carter beat Steele 5 and 4.
