BOTTLE DRIVE
BOY SCOUTS ACTIVE ASSISTING PATRIOTIC FUND During the school holidays members of the local Citizens Scout Troop will be conducting a drive for bottles throughout the Borough in the interests of Patriotic funds. The whole town luis been apportioned off" and will b-a thoroughly combed. The gesture is regarded as the Scout contribution towards the town's, effort to meet its quota. Ren sidents are therefore asked to cooperate to the utmost in this respect and to make available all spare bottles when they are visited by the hoys, as they will be some," time during the next two weeks.
