Intimation that Miss M. C. Bullarcl who has been a member of the County staff for some years, would be leaving at the end of next month, was received at the meeting of the council yesterday. The chairman, Mr J. L. Burnett, said that Miss Bullard was a most valuable member of. the staff who would be hard to- replace. Councillors generally would regret lier departure.
