Pastures Coming On Ail over the Bay reports indicate that pastures are making a definite spring movemo.nt which is considered phenomenal so early in the season. The winter according to an Edgecumbe authority has been one of the mildest on record and the grass 011 his farm he estimates as forward now as it usually is in mid-September. From Nukuliou awl Waimana come similar reports and it is generally thought that the early spring, providing the rainfall is well distributed will be a prelude to another bumper dairy season.
