CHEESE FACTORY HUTS
NEEDED FOR FARM WORKERS 1 REPRESENTATION TO BE MADE ; The view tliat any Public Works ' Department huts at present in use to house cheese factory workers 1 which may become unoccupied 1 should be made available for the housing of farm workers, was expressed at the Auckland District Council of Primary Production. The chairman, Mr R. C. Claiic, said that, with the change back from cheese to butter production, there might be a surplus of huts. On his suggestion, it was decided to make representations to the National Council of Primary Production.
