Inspector's Report In his report to the Borough Gouncil the Borough Inspector, Mr M. Penny, stated that during July he had impounded in the Whakatane 1 pound 2 cows and 1 bull yearling. The cows were released, the bull yearling is sttill unclaimed. He had registered a few more dogs during the month and had rubbish removed from the roadside.
