STRAY DOGS Sir, —It has been the habit lately of a number of dogs running around the main streets creating a great disturbance at all hours of. the night. Recently several owners were fined for such but nothing is being done for the person who works all day and wants to get a good night's, sleep. 1 think that for the town's sake something should be done to try and get the owners of.these ccr-£ tain dogs to put them on a ; U>ash.
